DESCRIPTION

Stage fright and stress during an interview are natural reactions of Your body to a challenge. Leaving your comfort zone, you must face a new situation, and it is always difficult. You will find out how wisely and safely, based on psychological knowledge, take control over stress during meeting. You will learn styles of handling difficult situations and also build a base of the most effective and quick tools of disarming stress. You will learn how to apply in practice auto-suggestion, visualization techniques, mental simulations and contrasting, systematic desensitization.
