- What do you think that assertiveness is? You will certainly answer that it is an ability to say NO. In my opinion, it is only one of aspects of this amazing skill that pervades our life and contacts with others. Assertive attitude makes functioning in private and professional easier. And it is professional life that we deal with in this project.
Assertiveness lets us easily convey our requests, thoughts and emotions and set limits. In conflictual situations, it eases tension and allows to reach an agreement without violation of dignity of both parties. It will allow You to effectively react to grudges and accusations of Your client, and you will learn how to use your problem to gain client’s trust. You will find out how to react to screaming, claims and impertinence. We will together develop the best mechanisms of reactions in various difficult situations.

Together with Ula Chincz, I was running a gigantic conference for Coca-Cola HBC. Language: English. - Final Gala of the European Competition entitled: “Discover e-volunteering”A cultural event for closing the European Volunteer Year 2011, included in the Programme of Presidency of the Council of the European Union. Organisations from 19 countries of the EU took part in this event.
- Final Gala of the “Dobroczyńca Roku 2011” (Philanthropist of the Year) CompetitionThe biggest and longest-operating competition promoting pro-social activities of companies in Poland. The Gala took place at Marriott Hotel in Warsaw. The audience included business elite members from Poland.
