The only psychologist, soft skills trainer and coach in Poland that combines professional education and experience in such a unique way. I conduct top-ranked lectures and trainings, both for small and medium-sized companies and the largest corporations.
DESCRIPTION OF THE LECTURE
Emotional compass 2.0 has all elements of a training program in the shortened form. You will find out how proper work on emotions helps to improve communication skills, to be more satisfied with your private and professional life, to have better health and relationships, to improve the skills of setting goals and finding motivation to achieve them.
All participants will have the opportunity to complete the test online earlier to find their type of personality. We do it on the basis of author’s division into „4 elements”, based on theory of Carl Gustav Jung and a test created by Dr. Taylor Hartman. You are one of 4 elements: EARTH FIRE WATER AIR. It is a great basis of work during the lecture, it helps us to show the participants that we are different, but emotions are universal language.
In addition, we can use tests recommended by the Polish Psychologists’ Association that help us check various aspects of emotional intelligence of participants.
This lecture receives excellent feedback, I also received many references for this project. It is very funny and active, all participants take part in special exercises, regardless of their number, some participants take part in the exercises on stage.
