Professional success certainly requires hard work, through which we sometimes cease to derive pleasure from life. Such a disturbance of the boundaries between work and private life can lead to fatigue, health and family problems, as well as to burnout. From a purely business point of view, it is not profitable at all. Without charging the battery, you cannot operate effectively in the long-term perspective. This is why it is so important to find a balance between all areas of life: work, family, and leisure. You need to pursue efficient time management, knowing what actions bring the best results and what you should eliminate. Psychology comes in handy here, as it, on the basis of extensive research, explains why some people cope effectively with tasks in a given time and achieve success regardless of how it is defined, and others do not.
The training programme has been developed based on the principles of second-generation coaching. Success and efficiency are understood in it as the optimal use of own resources in a given environment, so as to maintain a healthy balance, not as the ‘sky is the limit’ principle, which leads to a reduction of motivation, efficiency and satisfaction with the work performed.
